3. The sealing and cutting are controlled by the servo motor to ensure accurate sealing and cutting positioning and excellent sealing and cutting lines. The double-link mechanism ensures that the wider sealing knife can remain stable for long-term use. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard shrink films such as PE and POF.

4. The adjustable speed front feeding system and the storage work platform at the rear end make the whole machine truly realize high-speed unmanned automatic operation.

5. The BM-500L high-speed hot air circulation shrink furnace adopts roller conveyor belts, and the rollers are wrapped with high-temperature resistant silicone tubes. Each one can rotate freely. Teflon mesh conveyor belts or stainless steel conveyor nets can also be selected.

6. The temperature in the furnace is uniform, which can be used to shrink shrink films of different materials such as PE, PVC, and POF.

7. The heat-insulating inner tank in the furnace forms hot air circulation. According to the packaging needs of different packaging materials, the speed of the conveyor belt is adjusted to achieve the ideal shrinking effect.
