The PET bottle washing/filling/capping three-in-one machine is an advanced model independently developed by our company in combination with Germany's advanced filling technology and technology, which is specially used for filling mineral water, purified water, etc. The machine adopts the conveying method of bottleneck positioning and bottle bottom support. It only needs to change a few parts to be suitable for bottles of various sizes, especially for large bottles. The conveying is more stable. The filling method is normal pressure filling, which increases the filling speed and can accurately control the filling liquid level. The sanitary circulation pipeline provides a reliable guarantee for product quality. The instant-grab and screw-on technology introduced from France is at the leading level in China.

★ Frame

The main body is made of structural steel, with a 304 stainless steel layer on the outside, a 304 stainless steel frame, and stainless steel adjustable feet.

★ Rotary bottle washing part

The number of bottle washing chucks is 24, and the stainless steel bottle rinsing clamps are stable and reliable in grasping the bottle, and the rinsing efficiency is high.

★ Rotary filling part

The number of filling valves is 24, and the parts in contact with the product are all made of 304 stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces of the filling cylinder are mirror polished.

The filling machine is designed and manufactured by my country using the principle of self-weight reflux filling with foreign technology.

★ Rotary capping part

The number of capping heads is 8, and the capping torque is adjustable. The mechanical cap sorter has high efficiency and good stability for large caps. When there are few caps in the hopper, it automatically transmits signals to the capping machine, and has the function of automatic capping.

★ Power system

Frequency conversion speed regulation, each motion mechanism adopts open gear transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance and stable operation. Each bottle conveying star wheel is an engineering plastic component to reduce wear and extend service life.

★ Control system and operation panel

Sealed electric control box, 304 stainless steel material, PLC, inverter, relay, photoelectric switch, induction

switch and other components are all internationally renowned brand products, and a convenient human-machine operation interface is adopted.
